I chose this word as the name of my healing practice because it reflects that when we heal in one dimension, we heal the whole in the most magickal ways.In Inuit lore a human being can pass out and lose their Sila. When there is damage to someone's Sila, they become ill and lose their balance.Sila can be threatened by disorder and confusion of categories, among other things sea and land, as well as birth and death. This is why it is important that humans seek balance and adhere to the taboos that secure balance in the world.
My name is Ivalu Risager. Born in Greenland I now see myself as a World citizen, living currently in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.I am passionate about emotional and spiritual healing and see things from a unique perspective. I am a self diagnosed neurodivergent, growing up in the cracks between life and death, Greenland and Denmark, beauty and trauma, privilege and colonialism. Never really feeling at home anywhere until I met my healing tribe.Deeply marked by this beautiful life my soul must have made a bold decision incarnating again, because I have spent most of my life not wanting to be here. After a long and windy (still going strong) healing journey capped so far by a Compassion Key Certification, I find myself feeling more and more at home on Mother Earth and able to share my experience with the souls I am meant to serve. You’ll know by reading this, whether you’re one of those souls :)
I offer different ways of supporting you on your own personal healing journey. I am a certified Compassion Key Master Practitioner and Circle Leader and offer both co-created group sessions and 1:1 packages.Together we walk each other home. I learn and grow with every human I meet.
